Why I'm standing
I want to work on the changes we need to make to solve current and looming issues. We face exponential change and degradation. The rate of our knowledge building and ability to respond needs to be similarly exponential. Intra regional cooperation, understanding and collaboration is key.
My priorities
Working together across all our communities, to foster resilience and regeneration.Water. Get the plans and consents in place and implement. Exceed national freshwater standards.Public and active transport for all ages for community health and carbon reduction.
Why me
I've served 2 terms on QLDC and am deeply connected with communities of the headwaters. I facilitate Leadership for Change and sustainability programmes and am a communications professional. My research explores the collision of exponential tech and exponential environmental degradation. I work towards creating better futures for community and environment.
